My name is Stan, and I am a 15-year-old photographer and videographer based in Greater Manchester, UK.
I am passionate about creating high-quality photography and video content and I am building my experience through projects and client work.
As I am under the age of 18, my business activities are supervised and supported by my parents, who assist me with bookings, contracts, payments, administration, and general business management where required.
By booking my services, you acknowledge that a parent or legal guardian may be involved in communications and agreements relating to your booking.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed in writing.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure the booking date. Any remaining balance must be paid within the timescale agreed at the time of booking.
Working with Clients
I aim to provide a professional, reliable and respectful service at all times.
Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding locations, timings and project requirements to help ensure the best possible outcome.
I reserve the right to decline projects that are unsafe, inappropriate or unsuitable for my age.
Photography and Videography Services
While every effort will be made to capture and deliver high-quality content, photography and videography are creative services, and specific images, shots or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery times will be discussed before the project begins and may vary depending on the scope of work and my academic commitments.
Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is taken to safeguard images, video files and equipment, I cannot be held liable for circumstances outside my control, including equipment failure, extreme weather, venue restrictions or unforeseen events that affect the completion of a booking.
DBS Check
As I am currently 15 years old, I am not yet eligible to obtain a DBS certificate in my own name.
Where appropriate for the work undertaken and when eligible to do so, I intend to obtain a DBS check to provide additional reassurance to clients.
Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal information provided during enquiries or bookings will be used solely for communicating about and delivering my services.
Information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.
Health and Safety
I will always work responsibly and expect clients to provide a safe environment for any photography or videography session.
I reserve the right to stop work if I believe a situation presents a risk to my safety or welfare.
Parental Support
As a young business owner, I am fortunate to have the full support of my parents, who help ensure that all work is carried out responsibly, professionally and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
